These work great for high beam. Ordered another set thought they were universal and could use as low beam but wouldn't fit for low beam.

You have not indicated what model of Chevy vehicle you have. LTZ is a submodel under Cruze, Impala, Equinox, Traverse and Captiva Sport. Please see the details below;
Equinox; Low beam is 9005 / High beam is H11
Traverse; Low Beam is H7 / High Beam is H11
Captiva Sport; Low Beam is H11 / High Beam is H9
Cruze and Impala models carry 1 halogen bulb for low and high beam;
Cruze; 9008
Impala; 9012
