Hi Gregory, thank you for reaching out. No, it does not. It only works for the low beam on HID models. Kindly confirm if you have HID or halogen headlights so we can recommend the correct parts. Have a good one!

The HID xenon bulb D2S is used for the low beam only.

This bulb is for low beam only. My vehicle has seperate bulbs for high and low beam and this bulb was for low beam. It was fairly easy to replace (following a YouTube video) and the replacement bulb worked perfectly.
