Hi Shivkumar,
The VIN will not tell us if your vehicle is equipped with daytime running lights. Check your original headlights if they are equipped, or not. Those are the LED white light strip that goes across the bottom to the side section of your headlights. But this headlight will definitely fit your 2017 U.S. built model Elantra.

Start the car and check if you have daytime running lights or not, if not then this one would be your replacement, I just purchased one and it is the same exact as the other side
