This headlight assembly was a good fit for my ‘04 Forester. Installed easily and looks great. The only problem is the holes for the trim clips on the lower part are much larger than the factory assembly, they don’t fit at all. Just be prepared to improvise a solution if you want all the clips in place, the trim will stay in place with just the end clips if you’re careful.

Hi, Fortunately, it's often easy to change a headlight. They can be quickly popped out from behind, unplugged from wiring, and swapped for a working new unit. This is a plug and play assembly.
