Light works on both settings. Disadvantage is bulb has to be replaced when single filament burns out,usually the main.

Those parts are guaranteed to fit your 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Base 6 Cyl 5.9L. These parts come with a headlight with the bulb and a corner light without the bulb. You can re-use the original bulb for the turn signal light.
