Hi David, The adjustment screws is with a standard OEM factory specifications(located at the back of the headlight housing) for the selected vehicle application, although not mentioned anymore. To simply confirm the fitment, simply follow the steps below. David, Yes they are 4mm but there is limited room making in vehicle adjustment tedious (probably a professional tool that's designed for this but i only had a regular socket). Assuming your existing lights are properly adjusted it might be helpful to measure their position and set the new ones accordingly before installation to minimize how much you have to deal with once in the vehicle.

I installed these in my 99 Ranger. It is the complete assembly with clips. The clips can be a challenge - make sure you have a good pair of long reach needle nose pliers.
