Fit nice, the only thing was the level for one of the head lights came off but no biggie, i eye balled it and lights up good still because it’s easy to adjust

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for reaching out. You need to turn the adjuster screw/bolt found at the back of the headlight assembly. Yes you can. I added a set of LED's to low beam on these units. Its a little tough to snap the spring clamp down once you seat the bulb in but if you install the bulbs prior to installing the lights back on to the car its easy. You may have to trim the rubber boot to have it seal the back of the lamp once installed.
