Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Feb 05Yes, but it is extremely easy and the tool needed is a bubble level built in to the assembly. Mine were only slightly out of alignment. The instructions to align are included with the headlamp ssembly.

Answered by Mitchell D. / Tue, Mar 29If your doing this in an Alero, park on a level surface, have someone of similar body type to you sit in the drivers seat. Open hood and go to each headlamp and find the bubble level indicator on top of each headlamp assembly and turn the white nylon adjustment screw till the bubble indicator lions up with the level markings.

Hi Suzanne, I'm pleased to assist you. To level up the headlight bulbs, you can replace the bulbs with LED bulbs for much brighter beams. But, we currently do not have them. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores. Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Mar 29Adjusting the headlights requires a Torx screwdriver to rotate the adjustor screws. The goal is to adjust the bubble in the indicator to line up with the "0" on the glass surface of the indicator
