Bought these for my youngest son on his 2001 ford Taurus Hes been in England for 2 years in Air Force He just came back and is doing a cross country ride to his new duty station in Salt Lake Utah , Cant believe how much it makes the car look brand new .Night is improved by 400 to 500 % I generally drive older cars . I will be doing a lot of light changes in the future,Just for the safety factor.

Hi Shawn, thank you for reaching out! It means it has passed the tests and inspections of the Certified Automotive Parts Association(CAPA). CAPA parts are aftermarket parts certified by an unbiased third party that ensures the quality of the parts they test is equal to or greater than the original car company part. It is required by some shops and companies when dealing with aftermarket parts. This makes them more expensive most of the time.
