The reflector on these lights is not that great for LED lights. I had Xenon and LED, but switched back to halogen for best performance. With LEDs your high beam indicator on the dash will not work. (Mine works only with halogen headlight bulbs)

Headlamps ship with OEM style incandescent bulbs. LED bulbs would need to be purchased separately.

You may want to check the year of the headlights. The Tundra and sequoia should use the same ones.
You may have a box that is marked wrong. This happened to me.

Yes, there is a silver cover on the end of the bulb, just like original. Highly recommend these replacements.
