Hi Lex,
The 100111 is a standard OE Replacement while the 100111Q is the CAPA (Certified Automotive Parts Association) certified part. Both are the same in terms of specifications and quality.

Hi Chris,
This uses 9008 bulb type for the high and low beam; a 3157 bulb type for the turn signal, and 194 bulb type for the side marker.
