Answered by Grace G. / Sat, Mar 12I purchased a set two years ago for my son’s 05 civic and they still look brand new. He uses LED bulbs so not sure if that helps with the fogging issue or not. It always seemed to me when they fogged up like that the heat from the bulbs and weather (Midwest so extreme heat and cold fluctuations) played a role. Hope this helps.

This is a set of headlight driver and passenger side with the housing and lens only, no bulbs and wiring harness included.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Tue, Aug 25It has a place to connect the bulbs, but doesn’t come with the wire harness. Just the light dome. The light bulbs holes are each covered with a foam tape to keep dust out until ready for use
