Hi Odence, I'm glad to assist you. No, these are halogen headlights. The headlights with HID/Xenon type are the ones that need ballasts. Upon checking, we do not carry HID/Xenon headlights for your 2013-2015 Acura ILX Hybrid/Base/Dynamic.
