These are excellent replacement lights for your Xenon Prius.
But note, the Xenon. You will be doing extra-research to swap your's out. These do not come with a ballast (hey, it's a great price), so get ready to do the extra to swap that out. And anyone who thinks it's as easy as you see on Youtube to turn/remove the bulb cover from your old unit is either very experienced or hasn't done it yet.

Unfortunately I don't know, I had the body shop install. They moved bulbs/ballasts from orig headlights. Total labor was < 1.5 shop hours, so my guess is ballast install was not difficult. I think most of the time is removing/replacing the front bumper and other "obstacles".

It was very complicated for us due to some electrical issues. We had to have a professional install it but the overall outcome was really worth it.
