Yes, this is with the same bulb type as of the Factory OEM original. This is with the H11, low beam with Crystal vision ultra bright white light.

On some vehicles, the daytime running lights are separate, located in the bumper. On others, it is built into the headlight.

Hi Valerie, I'm glad to assist you. No. The headlights comes with halogen bulbs. You can actually upgrade the existing halogen bulbs to LED bulbs. The factory bulbs on your headlights for the low and high beam has the H11 and H7 halogen bulbs correspondingly. You just have to find the matching LED versions of the H11 and H7 bulb types.
