Everything was fine but the one piece, a mettle clip part where a screw goes into was loose and you weren't able to screw the screw back in. Cheap glue or something.

Hi Clifton, I'm glad to help you out. The base package has a chrome trim on the eyebrow and around the low beam reflector and the turn signal. The without the base package is just black plastics on those areas. They are mechanically the same. Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Aug 25It should. I put mine on an 2007 scion tc spec package and they fit beautifully. Taking the bumper off is not as hard as it sounds either. With just one headlight, you may can get away with pulling away just the driver's side in order to swap headlight (saw someone on youtube do it that way. I replaced both so I took the whole bumper off and it was not a big deal...and I am not a mechanical kinda guy either. just a warning though....this headlight is 99.999% the same as a factory headlight. The very subtle difference is the way it goes along the bumper when installed. A very...VERY.... slight gap is present....but not a deal breaker for me. You would have to be really looking to notice it. The sides and top of the headlight sit very nicely.
