Hi Donald, I'm pleased to assist you. No, the helper springs do not have airbags. It is a solid rubber spring that is placed above the leaf spring on a trailer axle. These are designed for trailer frames. They are mounted above trailer leaf spring assemblies to create a cushion between the axle and the trailer frame.
