Great but no sensor with itHood Latch, Without Theft Deterrent

It would fit perfectly to 2007 Sienna XLE but the problem is that there is a theft alarm sensor attached to the original latch which is not separable. As long as your vehicle model has a sensor, this latch is useless. So be careful! (You can jump the sensor harness to make it believe that sensor is working all the time though.)
