I recieved one call to verify that I would be home on Monday from 1-3 to accept delivery, parts never arrived and now im getting emails asking about my satisfaction level? Very unsatisfactory.

Per checking, package arrived in Pacoima CA since the 21st of September. I am uncertain what caused the delay on the shipment. We will definitely look into this. I waited over a month to finally get the product. Only for it to come damaged! I ordered at the beginning of August and I came towards the end of August from a different shipping company. & the hood came completely damaged!!! Don’t order from here.
