everything was fine except it seems somehow I ordered the incorrect year 1998 instead of 1988 can this be returned & what do ineed to do to to fix problem

This item came to me in a timely manner. I was glad for that. I revived the correct part. That was great. However, it had been bumped into something prior to being prepared for shipment. A corner was slightly dented, the front right corner to be exact. The cardboard showed no sign of any problem leading me tho believe that it happened prior to being prepared for shipment. I had to use it, so I kept it. I will bond ow it latter to prepare it for painting. I ordered many parts for my truck. All the other parts were perfect. I was very glad about that. High quality parts at a reasonable price. I was so glad that I found APW.
