I give a 3 because of the delays in delivery and we all know USPS is different now so UPSor some other reliable service for timely delivery would be great.
As for the part it does not fit my vehicle and probably no fault of yours because I went to all dealers and Ford parts warehouse close by m house. Everything points to the same part and no one believed me till I removed it and took it to them. Everybody's baffeled by all the wrong info for this part. See attached photos

Have you removed the old blend door actuator? Do the new and old actuators look exactly the same? If so, the new one should install without any fitment problems.

Yes it’s behind the glovebox you just drop it down as if you were changing a cabin air filter. YouTube has a video on it
