The bolt holes on this item does not match up with throttle body. These bolt holes are to the outside, the original one is in the middle.

Be assured, I will be helping you in resolving this concern. Per checking, the part should have been fit to your 2004 Jeep Wrangler. Although, it is specific to the 4 Cyl 2.4L engine. Hi Billy, The location of the idle air control (IAC) valve on the 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser is on the throttle body of the fuel-injected engine, where it works with the vehicle's ECU to electrically regulate airflow to the engine to ensure smooth idling.

It would be in the back of the throttle body. Its a tight squeeze. Might need a torque tool

Question: I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler with a 4.0 the iac it has right now looks exactly the same but my Jeep isn’t under the fitment. Will it work on mine??Rocky M. / Aug 04, 2020
