Part came quick and works great. I only gave four stars because I don’t know how their warranty and return policy works. I assume it would be great too, it just seems a little complex with having to buy another part and then start the refund process.

yes it is. i have a 96 and a used one from a 95. the engine started but generated codes. i put the old one back but still wouldn't start. put a new distributer in and it started right up. some small part inside the distributer was not delivering spark and would have required dismantling the distributer to change it. was relatively cheap considering all the headbanging when i couldn't figure it out.

I’m 90% sure the ignition control module has nothing to do with what type of transmission you have
