there's a catch for the 2004 PT CruiserOe Solutions Series Ignition Lock Cylinder

Instructions and installation worked beautifully except that my ignition cylinder has 4 tumblers on top & 3 on the bottom so I have to pull the key out a notch to start my car. Once I figured that out, everything was fine and I like that I'll be the only one who can 'easily' start my car even with my key.
It turned out that the actuator pin was broken and not this part.
