Hello! It's fairly easy to replace, however the door panel does need to be removed. Luckily, there is only one screw (behind the interior door handle cover) that needs to be removed in order to pull the door panel.

I suggest you watch You Tube videos on replacement procedure to familiarize yourself with the process of replacing the handle. I did it on a 2010 Fusion and saved a big repair bill by doing it myself. Good luck.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Aug 02I bought this part 2 years ago and installed it with the help of YouTube - It has held up very well under frequent use, dimensions and sizes matched the OEM part precisely. The hardest part of the install was removing the interior door panel, unfortunately I don't have the link to the video I used but it turned out to be simple, just time consuming if you don't want to cause damage.
