Fit perfectly. You have to take the entire door panel off to get it in there right, but my mechanic at Jiffy Lube watched a video to see all the steps, and it took about an hour to get it done. I wish I could give the URL to the video, but it can't be too hard to find. And after watching him (and helping him, to an extent) do it, I could probably do it myself, even though I'm not mechanically inclined. You'll need to reuse two pieces from the original door-handle component: the white electronic piece and the black/dark gray clip-on piece that the seat-setting buttons (L1, L2, Set) fit into. But we got it done and the piece is exactly like the original Lexus component.
