Rusty rides againRear, Driver Or Passenger Side Leaf Spring

First let me say "I KNOW". I own a 1991 S-10 and I had the same issue as the other review. I had 3" lowering blocks and the top spring rusted thru and caused much yaw when accelerating. Good times! Do keep your old bolts or buy a grinder (whole other story) Replacement springs fir in with no issue and I have been back one the road for months now with no problems. BEST VALUE AND PARTS!!

Question: I have weak springs on my 94 s-10 LS because I carry a lot of weight in the back of it. and it makes the bed squat. if I baught new leaf spring can a haul a lot of weight without it squating? How much weight can I haul since I carry junk metal and wood a lot with theese spring?Gerald S. / Jan 17, 2021
Hi Gerald,
This leaf spring is for a 3 inch drop. What you need is a helper spring for adding more load. Another option is for a suspension air spring/airbag to be installed on your rear. Please consult with your trusted local auto repair shop for this suspension upgrade you need since you are carrying and hauling heavy items.
