Neither. These are used for parking lights, turn signal lights, brake lights, back-up lights, or interior lights.

Hi Brandon,
This is for a turn signal light, 7440 LED bulb type. If your vehicle has halogen headlights, the low beam is H11 and high beam is 9005 bulb type. You will now have to search for an LED bulb H11 and 9005 type upgrade.
