You can easily get the rivets or regular bolts and nuts at the local part stores around your area. Hey Mark, 4 screws come with the license plate holder to mount the license plate to the holder. No hardware is supplied to mount the license plate bracket to the truck. I just used 2 stove bolts and nuts

See above answer. I used my own bolts/nuts/washers to mount. DIdn't do that the first time and the mount fell off somewhere.

No, only the screws to attach the license plate to the bracket. I attached the bracket to the truck using self tapping screws.

I have a 2021 Silverado. The plate holder fits the same as it does on the 2020 Silverado. The contrary info is due to the aftermarket parts info catching up with GM/Chevrolet model year info.

I bought one for a 2019 Silverado LT, then traded that truck for a 2021 Silverado LTZ. Both fit perfectly. I drilled holes in the factory bumper, then attached with self-tapping screws (after marking and drilling the bumper), and have not had any issues with either. I hope this helps.
