Great price compared to factory OEM units. Installation was easy. These units are smaller than factory OEM, but appear to work just as well.

I was a little concerned about getting non OEM struts for my 2002 4Runner, as many were reported to be smaller and weaker than the OEM. However, these have worked very well, even in the 15-20 degree chill in my city. The gate rises strong all the way to full extension. I am disappointed that they did not include replacement grommets , as mine had broken down somewhat over the years. Nonetheless, this is still a great bargain over the $300.00 plus I would have spent on the OEM.
