This support has been installed several weeks now & I couldn't be more pleased with it's operation. This product was simple to install although I did require an additional body to hold the hatch of my Lexus while I installed the product, however 4 bolts screwed in & it was up & going. The lift appears to be of highest quality & replaced one that had been on my vehicle for 8 years.
