metal liftgate handle should last a while...Direct Fit Liftgate Latch Handle, Sold Individually

(Second time I've had to replace the broken plastic liftgate handle.)
The product was shipped and delivered promptly.
The handle assembly did not fit exactly at first due to an imprecise bend in the metal bar, causing a bolt to be misaligned. Had to straighten the bend before a proper fit and installation.
After installation, the handle functions properly.
Let's see how long the metal handle lasts...

Question: I I have my latch for my 2007 Toyota Sequioa ,I just can no get to the bolts that hold the latch to the latch on the plate for lic.?Robert L. / Aug 15, 2021
Hi Robert, I'm happy to help you out. If you have difficulty with installation, we suggest that a certified mechanic install the latch for you. If you need the bolts, we suggest that you get those from the local auto parts store.
