Hello! A bad MAF can cause your vehicle to run rich. Does the vehicle have a check engine light on? I would recommend having it scanned for faults so you have a better idea where to start diagnosing before buying parts. It could be a simple vacuum leak causing your vehicle to run rich, or a number of other issues.
