For my 2000 Chevy Express passenger side mirror: arrived as predicted and fit precisely. My problem: the old receptor had been damaged so the new unit would not remain "snapped-on". So, I used silicone caulk/adhesive to affix the new mirror to the old receptor. Once cured, it works like new.

The replacement glass you sent is fine, but it was quite difficult to remove the original cracked glass even by removing it in small pieces.
