Customer service, delivery and product are great. I just had to use some clear super grip adhesive to make sure the mirror would stay secure.

This part is guaranteed to fit the 2005 Toyota Highlander base and Limited All Engines. Yes, the backing plate is already attached to the mirror. On the left side of the product image, there are small pictures, click on the 5th picture to see the image of the back part.
