I noticed that you gave STX as the submodel, but we do not have an STX submodel for the 2018 Ford F150 model. All of the mirrors that car parts recommends will fit on the outside, but it’s important to check your current mirror to see what the data port / number of pins looks like. As long as you get the one that fits the pin and looks the same, you’ll be fine. I saved money by not including the blinker light and defogger for my replacement.
