Memory feature wouldn't work. Installed 2nd one. Same problem. Wasted time & effort installing junk.

Installed first mirror and the memory feature would not work. Followed the "set memory" instructions in the vehicle's owners manual and every time we switch from one driver to the other the mirror would reset to the full up and full out position regardless of which driver position was selected. A replacement mirror was sent and it operated the same as the first.
