I gave it a four star rating because the mirror even though it came undamaged, easy to install, all functions worked as indicated, it has a vibration that does not make it easy to clearly see what if behind. I replied to the service e-mail and they suggested I 'talk' to the virtual advisor. That takes too long to get an answer so I am quite sure I am through with this company.

Great mirrors for the price, build quality is really nice, only issue I have is the driver side mirror glass vibrates a little too much. Passenger side is really solid and is firm. Both fit, look, and function like OEM Even came with new mounting nuts to use if I had wanted, makes it convenient if anything were lost or get lost in the future.

This was the real deal. It fit the mount for the prior mirror perfectly and incorporated all the functions of the original mirror (integrated turn signal, remote mirror adjustment, etc.). Particularly considering the price, I am very, very satisfied with this item. It arrived in a timely way and was packed well. Well done!
