Mirror works great! And the shipping was fast! It also fit perfect. The only problem is the plastic melted rivets that hold the metal base to the plastic cover were broken in the box when it arrived. The rivets were very brittle. I fixed it but was disappointed as it sticks out a bit without a factory “seal”

Question: Hi there I just installed my mirrors on a 2019 Chrysler 300 limited with the turn signal and sensors etc and they are not working the original has the same two plugs that are on the new ones I bought how do I get them to work?Chuuch64 / May 31, 2024
Hi D Cooper, I'm glad to assist you. Please check if the plug connectors has no loose contacts or pushed out terminal prongs at the back of the socket connector. If still not working 100%, you might need to have it returned for a replacement or refund. I hope this helps!

It is powered, with blind spot detection, puddle light, memory function, and signal light. As you mentioned your mirror has only one plug. The one you ordered has two plugs. Please call our hotline, 1-866-529-0412, and ask to be transferred to our return department. You can return the part and get your refund.
