Great price & quality, just like the original part. Be careful when installing though because you could snap one of the plastic stems that hold the mirror in place if you over tighten. (Did it on the last one I ordered...hence having to order another one). It still worked but shook when idling.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Aug 16Aloha, this is a fully powered mirror just like factory it's even heated if you have that option. I think the manual operated mirror description was describing or referring to you have to manually fold it in if you want it folded in when parking in close spaces next to other cars. It adjusts automatically w/ your controls inside.
