Hi Randy, thank you for reaching out. We do not have any information regarding your part number, even though GM's catalog. It must be a stamping number instead of the original part number. You can call a dealer with your VIN and ask for the OE part number.

On the left side of the product image, there are small pictures, click on +10 to see the image of the connector. This mirror will come in black and it is paintable. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the cream shade of your paint.
