Hi Mike, I'm glad to assist you. I see you have ordered this for your 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 LS 4.8L. It shows to be a guaranteed fit. Try if the wiring harness can be adjusted from the inside of the door if the mirror wiring harness is too short coming off the mirror. If there is no way to connect the socket connectors, you can have it returned for an exchange or refund.
