The driver side power mirror is functioning properly. I’m satisfied with the product to date. Worth the cost. Installation was not difficult. Did need someone to hold mirror when reattaching electrical connector.

Not on the one I received. Solid black. I would have preferred that but I could never find one with the metallic silver plastic.
