Mirrors arrived quickly but are not as sturdy as the OEM mirror, overall a decent replacement part. I was not aware that the mirrors were not pre-threaded, I was expecting a ready to bolt on part. The Driver's side mirror does not work at all (I am assuming it is a wiring issue at this point) and then mirror gives a distorted view rather than a clear view
