Hi, If the side mirror on your vehicle is very stiff to adjust, it is possible that there is corrosion or debris in the joint or the mechanism that moves the mirror. Here are a few things you can try: Lubricate the joint: Apply a small amount of penetrating oil or a silicone-based lubricant to the joint where the mirror attaches to the vehicle. This may help to loosen up any corrosion or debris that is causing the stiffness. Check the mirror housing: Make sure that the mirror housing is not damaged or cracked. If the housing is damaged, this can cause the mirror to be stiff or difficult to adjust. Inspect the internal mechanism: If the mirror is still stiff after lubrication, you may need to remove the mirror and inspect the internal mechanism. Look for any signs of damage or debris that may be causing the stiffness. If you are not comfortable doing this yourself, you may want to take the vehicle to a qualified mechanic or a shop that specializes in automotive mirror repairs. Use caution: If you need to apply more force than usual to adjust the mirror, use caution and avoid putting too much pressure on the mirror itself. Applying too much force can cause the mirror to break or become damaged. You may contact our customer service hotline for better assistance on the mirror that you bought from us.

Hi, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Unit did not include nuts for the 3 fixed studs. I recall it as being a metric size.
