Parts ordered were surprisingly fast. Parts ordered not an OEM fit to vehicle and will require new mounts. Requested return, multiple explanations required for return, but provided all info asked; VIN #, reason, etc. and was willing to provide photos of improper fitting parts. Customer service was adamant about 20% restocking fee event though parts were not used, and no fault of my own. Terrible customer service in addressing my order."
