This is an attractive mirror that installs easily. However, it is made with poor workmanship when it comes to its ability to be correctly adjusted. Pushing as far one way as it would go would not bring it into the correct field of vision. I had to dismantle, cut and remove the cables, and use my own bicycle cables to rebuild. A job that should take 30 minutes went 4 1/2 hours today, and I'm not finished. What is needed is for the mirror to adjust to cable settings to come into field of vision, like OEM mirrors. I need one for passenger side, but am wondering if it has the same poor workmanship.

Easy ordering, fast shipping, easy to install. Took about 5 minutes to install both mirrors, 4 nuts on each mirror. Mirror does not come with replacment hardware need to uses existing nuts.
