Ordered a replacement passenger side mirror for my 2010 honda Ridgeline. Chose Carparts for best price. Assured it would arrived within a few days. Recieved comf of order the next day. Got another msg later that day apologizing that the item was out of stock but that Carparts had located an identical part at JC Whitney and offered to provide the paart from them. Carparts agreed to absorb the difference in price. I checked Jc Whitney web site and they had the part at about 10$ more than my original order. Perfect part arrived shortly thereafter. Great service and follow-up on my order. Could not ask for more.
