It comes as a black piece of plastic. I didn't have to make any color modifications to match my black 2014 honda accord.

No ,They are not painted and will need to be color matched , i dont suggest you leave the plastic raw without putting something on it

Hi David, I'm glad to assist you. No, the camera it was referring to is for more visibility coverage. You can check your vehicle's owner's manual for that feature/function to confirm if your car has it or not. Still, for us to carefully check and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size).
