Bought this for my 2016 EX-L which does not have the blinker capability. YouTube video (Search for "v=FAND54wmxcc") for the installation was really easy. The one ding I'd give is that up is down and down is up. A small price to pay. I don't think I'll try to de-pin / re-pin the connector or anything like that. Not worth it on the car with 140K miles on it. The condition it arrived in was great. The black is likely the easiest to have match but it was pretty close.

Hi Liming, I'm glad to assist you. No, it does not have blind spot detection. We do not list a driver-side mirror with blind spot monitoring for the selected vehicle application (2016 to 2022 Honda Pilot).
